What are your plans with MIPS for the future?
MIPS is an excellent product and we are excited to have the opportunity to support it. As a company we firmly believe that the web and being able to access your data on any device is the way to move forward. For the immediate future we intend to continue operating as things are today. We have hired a number of MIPS staff, both programmers and support representatives to be able to provide the knowledgeable support you deserve. MIPS customers will continue to be supported by their regular customer service representatives, and APPS customers will continue to be supported by their existing support staff.

Will I need to change anything if I use Web Inquiry or Agent Quoting?
Some products are currently hosted by RCC in their office. We will begin working immediately to transition all internet based products to be hosted and supported by IMT. We will work with you directly when it is time for your company to switch over. This transition should be completed by April 1, 2013.
Do I need to sign new contracts?
IMT will be servicing the remainder of your existing maintenance contracts from RCC. As your contract comes up for renewal, you will be issued a new license agreement and maintenance contract.
Will support be included with maintenance?
We are evaluating the options our customers desire. We take feedback very seriously and strive to offer the most valuable services possible.
Can I buy hardware from IMT?
At this time, RCC will continue to service, support, and invoice for hardware, backup solutions, and technical support purchased from or provided by RCC.
